CONCRETE FENCE INSTALLATION.
Although installation is speedy and not complicated, we it is recommend ed that a qualified contractor perform the work. If you prefer to control the installation yourself or employ a contractor that you have previously worked with, we can provide detailed installation instructions.

Woodcrete®, Fencestone® and Brickcrete® posts are installed every five feet on center in the ground. Cedarcrete® posts are set every six-foot on center and Woodcrete® Rail fence posts are installed eight feet on center.

The "I" shaped posts are aligned, leveled and anchored in a concrete footing similar to other types of fence posts. The depth of the post foundations vary with soil conditions, wind loads and wall height. Once the foundation has an initial cure (typically 24 hours), concrete panels are inserted into and down the track on either side of the post meeting in a tongue and groove interlock. Additional panels stack in place in one-foot increments until the desired fence height is achieved. The post foundation supports the panel sections. Attaching the concrete panel cap to the top panel (and optional post cap with Fencestone® and Brickcrete®) completes the fence installation.

Cedarcrete® walls install similarly with the precast cap repeated at the bottom of the wall as a concrete foundation to accept the vertical panel installation. Woodcrete® Rail fence posts are installed and set in place prior to the installation of the rails. Starting at one end, the concrete rails are set in place leaving a small space between the rails in the center of each post.
